We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn and unwashed.

DTF Transfers - Final Sale: DTF Transfers are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we'll email you the label.

How to Start a Return: Email us at presseddtfshirts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
